SiteCortex is a construction-schedule analytics platform: you upload project schedules (P6 XER / MS Project XML) and get dashboards, health checks, comparisons, and reports. SiteCortex is currently offered as an early-access product and features may change as it evolves.
Keep your login credentials confidential — you're responsible for activity under your account. Provide a real email address so we can reach you about your account.
You own the schedules and project data you upload. We claim no rights over them beyond what's needed to run the service for you (storing, processing, and displaying them to you and the members you invite). See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
When you invite someone to a project, you're granting them access to that project's schedules at the role you choose. You're responsible for inviting only people who should see that data, and for revoking access when appropriate.
Don't attempt to breach the service's security, access other users' data, resell the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
SiteCortex computations (health scores, critical paths, comparisons, forecasts) are analytical aids based on the data you upload. They do not replace professional scheduling judgment, and we're not responsible for project decisions made from them.
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is", without warranties. We may perform maintenance that briefly interrupts access. Keep original copies of your schedule files.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteCortex's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or $50 if you haven't paid anything).
You can stop using SiteCortex and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Significant changes will be communicated in the app.
