Privacy Policy

SiteCortex ("we", "us") provides construction-schedule analytics. This policy explains what information we store when you use sitecortex.com and how we handle it.

What we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
• Project data — the projects you create and the schedule files (P6 XER / MS Project XML) you upload, including the activities, dates, and logic they contain.
• Team data — the email addresses you invite to your projects and each member's role.
• Technical basics — session tokens and preferences stored in your browser so you stay signed in and keep your settings.

How we use it

Only to run SiteCortex for you: storing your schedules, computing dashboards and reports, syncing projects across your devices, and sharing projects with the teammates you invite. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your schedules for advertising or to train AI models.

Where it lives

Your data is stored with Supabase (hosted on AWS, US East region) behind row-level security: every project is only readable by its owner and the members that the owner invited. All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS.

Who can see your schedules

Only you and the people you invite to a project (as Viewer or Editor). We access customer data only if needed to fix a problem you report to us.

Deleting your data

Deleting a project permanently removes its schedules from our storage. To delete your entire account and everything in it, contact us at the address below and we'll complete it promptly.

Cookies & local storage

We use browser local storage for your login session and app preferences (like your theme). No third-party advertising trackers.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll note the new date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
